Linkay Technologies Inc. (“Linkay” or the “Company”) is a technology company that specializes in the development and commercialization of artificial intelligence (“AI”) & Intelligence Automation (IA) and related capabilities that enable autonomous response systems. Mr. Lincoln Satkunarajah has over 36 years of experience in the AEC industry. For the last 20 years in New York, he has managed and operated architectural, engineering, and construction firms. He brings valuable experience in Infrastructure related to project management, site supervision, budget control, and staff management. Mr. Satkunarajah specializes in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Road Safety Engineering, including implementing geographic information systems (GIS). He has over 20 years of hands-on experience managing and operating architectural engineering construction firms in New York, leveraging personal investments for company growth. He has led innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives, utilizing his deep understanding of disruptive technologies in the infrastructure sector.

With his extensive experience in engineering and technology implementation, Mr. Satkunarajah excels in project management and delivery and is knowledgeable in ITS hardware, firmware, communication systems, platforms, and software applications. His training includes advanced signal equipment and real-time traffic control. His experience includes Highways Traffic and Transportation Engineering: With 36 years of national and international engineering and technology experience, Lincoln is a professional, competent, and results-oriented Engineer with managerial and technical expertise.

His prowess encompasses various facets of the field, including highway, traffic, and transportation engineering, as well as road safety engineering. His 36 years’ experience covers planning, designing, construction, operation, maintenance, safety, and security of transportation infrastructure assets, including installation, commissioning and maintenance of city-wide traffic signal systems and urban traffic control management systems. Lincoln is well-versed in traffic and transportation state-of-the art software applications, simulation and demand models and accident analysis systems. He brings significant experience in implementing GIS based intelligent transportation systems (ITS).

Furthermore, his proficiency extends to infrastructure related construction management and project management, where he excels in site supervision, budget control, and staff management. His passion is driven by his deep insight into the potential of disruptive technologies within the infrastructure sector. Since 2010, he has consistently demonstrated innovation and entrepreneurship, leading groundbreaking initiatives, and inventions. Knowledgeable with relevant ITS’s hardware, firmware, communication connectivity ecosystem, platforms, software applications and understanding the intricacies of its derivatives produced when quantifying problems and justifying solutions for the appropriate recommendations for all concerned stakeholders.

Lincoln is recognized for his exceptional leadership skills, encompassing problem-solving, team building, decision making, business analysis, and strategic planning, making him an asset to the clients and all stakeholders in the engineering field. Lincoln contributed as an exclusive expert for chapter 7, SDG Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, of a book recently published Geospatial Information to Support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
